Hello guys! I got damaged WII console, no display only green light... i have no problem until i bought this remote charging station ( Charge Cradle / Cell boy ) in SM Appliance... this uses the power supply adaptor of the console then the charging station has an output to supply power in the console.. after using the station my Wii Console no longer display anything only Green Light is ON...right the console is still in service center, i have to wait 2 weeks for the repair... i wish i havent bought that station it is made in China by the way, such a crappy unit...right now i still don't know exactly what happen to my console, any idea guys??? thanks. |

Same thing happened to my cousin's console when he used a multivolt PSU. |

maybe u installed it baliktad, maybe your wiimote was charging your wii.
on a less serious note, i have a china made dual rechargeable bats too, and the quality is CRAP. didn't damage my wii, but only lasted 1 month plus. both sirak at the same time, imagine that. |

thanks for the replies... yes lesson learned there hahaha! i went back to SM appliance in Sucat ( i bought the charging station in SM southmall ) where i bought the unit to have it repair because it is still under warranty, we didnt tell that i used a china brand charging station because it may void the warranty.. after 3 days, service center called saying the system of my WII already changed, i'm not at home and my wife is the one answering the questions....like... "are you playing pirated games?" "did you try some other accessories" and etc... my wife just answered that i am using a hard disk to play games, then i installed some themes.. haha! i forgot to tell her that don't mention anything like that if ever somebody will ask from the service center... i said to her that they will use it as a reason why the unit got damaged, they didn't know that it is because of that charging station i bought.. they said "bluetooth sensor" is damaged so we have you pay for the charges... wow and it is P4,000 such a B*LLSH*T then they said it is because of the themes i installed... that service center is a big joke for me, i just laugh when i heard it, karma will come to them hahaha! but anyway it is my fault so i just let it be, as long as my WII will be ok...now my WII is good as new, still playing using my HDD with WIIFLOW usb loader with THEMES hahaha! i still used the charging station only to charge the battery not using it as the source power supply... the station has an INPUT /OUTPUT... INPUT is where you connect the original power supply then OUTPUT is where you will connect your WII making the station your power supply... thats the problem right there, maybe the output voltage or current in the station is not stable thats why my wii got damaged before, such a crappy china made device...hope this experience can help you guys also... Wiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!! |
