AMAZING game, not-so-amazing port. That's all you need to know. I didn't mind the framerate being locked at 30fps though, it's just that there's areas of the game that look drool-worthy and other areas with inconsistent lighting and bad textures that were clearly rushed.

I own NG, NG: Black and Sigma so I've quadruple-dipped at this point but I don't care... Ninja Gaiden is a CLASSIC.

Hard if you're new in the Ninja Gaiden series. The first few chapters are boring and frustrating. But once you get new weapons and able to familiarize yourself with the battle, its a fulfilling game. Also camera angles can sometimes be a pain (issue before that was not fixed with the Vita port), but not really an issue. The story is meh, but who cares lol. The game is about ninja combat

If you can survive the first few chapters without throwing your Vita, I think you'll enjoy the game until you finish it. Hehe. Played this the whole weekend, story mode clocked in for about 16 hours for me on the save file. Actual hours are definitely way more than that because of deaths and retries

As for the graphics, its slick. Sometimes there are places that lacks details/textures, but overall it looks good with the OLED screen. The smooth anti-aliasing and sometimes great lighting is really nice.

I didn't bother with the ninja challenges, way too difficult for me. If you're into this, the game will last even more for you. Overall, this is definitely a good buy for those that haven't played this before
